Friends of Chapters: Meet first CF intern!

by CF Team on 11th May, 2014 at 9:30 PM CEST

The CF Chapters Board introduces you this time with an Internship program in alignment to CF Chapters "Friends of Chapters". The board is happy to inform you that already the first intern is here! Say hi to Chetan Battula from India who is agreed to be the first intern within the chapters network. The internship period will be of 3-months duration, wherein Chetan will moreover work in regards to marketing and specific tool kit for the network. Chetan will specifically work with Winnie Tjahjana from Indonesia who will be his Supervisor/Facilitator. However, here is more from Chetan himself.

CF: What made you join CF Chapters as Intern?
Chetan: The term "Global Youth think tank" speaks volumes about Challenge:Future, its initiatives, competitions which provide solutions have positive long-lasting impact and pave way for a sustainable innovative tomorrow has fascinated me to get indulged into and join, as I myself am an Environmentalist, Entrepreneur (Profit/Non-profit) and a person interested in traveling and knowing various cultures.

CF: Now do you think internship will help you in any way?
Chetan:"GO GET IT ATTITUDE-CHUTZPAH" - A belief that one can do anything not with standing the lack of experience and education is one such line that speaks volumes about the character of the people of Israel and I would definitely want to cultivate this attitude in me through this internship. Not only cultivating in me the above quality this internship will also help me polish my Marketing skills which I have gained through my advertising start-up.

CF: What will you say to other CF community members in regard of joining the team as an intern?
Chetan: The best platform to grow, showcase and enhance your skills. Most importantly the message I would give to other C:F members is that we get totally immersed in the international working style, get acquainted to multiple cultures and traditions and increase the quotient of patience and understanding.

CF: Why did you choose to be a Marketing Intern?
Chetan: I prefer to take up the Marketing profile as I feel that C:F being one of its kind is a great thing which can be termed as the next big thing not only with perspective of the younger generation of the world but everyone. This has to be enlightened to everyone across the globe, so that there is exchange of all possible things. So me being a social entrepreneur, I would want C:F to be known to as many people as possible round the globe in order they don't miss out in being a part of a wonderful community for life..!! Hence I would want to apply my knowledge of marketing I have gained through my start-ups and concurrently learn more about it.
