Exercise Bands (inner thigh and outer thigh): Tie the bands to a piece of equipment and to your Primal Alpha Beast ankles. Keep it simple and stick to heavy compound lifts; train hard, eat, rest and track, and you may just grow like a weed. The bottom line is that everyone should be doing some kind of cardio while gaining muscle but beginners should wait until they have their muscle-building program established. Of course, there is another reason to pursue body building.
