got quite a high foot placement and this is fine when you're getting used to using this machine but what you really want is this placement here where you get much more of a negative stretch so you want the balls of your feet towards the bottom of the pad it's going to be much harder though to stabilize your knees so make sure that you are staying nice and solid don't let the knees buckle I tend to do this machine single leg because I enjoy it that way and as you can see as Center the leg that I'm working on the machines I'm actually sat slightly off-center here and I'm again driving through the high
